IBI Signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Xinjiang 12th Army Group
On October 24, Liu Zhai, Chairwoman and Senior Vice President of IBI, and her delegation went to the 12th Army Group of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter referred to as 12th Army Group) for inspection and exchange, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qin Yahong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of the 12th Army Group.
The 12th Army Group is located in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and is an important part of the Wuchang urban agglomeration, with obvious geographical advantages, especially with the continuous advancement of the construction of the pilot free trade zone, the trade facilitation policies with institutional innovation as the core are constantly improving, and the new cross-border logistics and transportation modes such as "one-stop" customs clearance have also strongly promoted the facilitation of customs clearance for the export of goods, and the cooperation market space is broad and the development potential is huge.
Through the communication and exchanges in the early stage, the two sides reached a consensus on comprehensive strategic cooperation, digital economy industry, cross-border e-commerce and other fields, and will take this signing as an opportunity to carry out in-depth cooperation in warehousing and logistics, agricultural product cold chain, automotive equipment, medical and health and other industrial chains, as well as the construction of digital supply chain and industrial Internet ecosystem, so as to promote the development of both sides to continuously achieve new progress and new results.
Xinjiang is the strategic fulcrum area of IBI to deepen the operation of the industrial Internet, and the layout of Xinjiang is the No. 1 project, strategic project and long-term project of IBI, which is an important demonstration work for the company to practice the deep integration of the industrial Internet and the real economy, and it is also a demonstration project of the company's "combination of light and heavy, industrial landing, regional coordination, and promoting the construction of local digital economy".
Based on the signing of this strategic cooperation, IBI will work with the 12th Army Group to jointly expand the operation mode of the whole industry chain, build a digital supply chain service system, and explore the direction of industrial big data operation to jointly create value.

On the same day, a truck of dragon fruit imported from Vietnam witnessed the ribbon cutting ceremony of the "China-ASEAN Fruit Trading Center" and then was departed, which marked the official launch of the dual-zone (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region) linkage strategy carried by the LLDD platform and jointly laid out by Pingxiang International Trade Group, Xinjiang Jiuding Agricultural Development Group and other advantageous industrial chain resource enterprises, which will establish a new supporting point for all parties to lay out cross-border industrial operations along the "Belt and Road".
On April 19, TDD of IBI signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongrui Hengyuan of the 12th Army Group of the XPCC in the State-owned Assets Building of the 12th Army Group of Murumqi, Xinjiang. Shao Jinzhong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Xinjiang Zhongrui Hengyuan Trading Co., Ltd., and Zhang Wei, CEO of CNAUTO Platform, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. TDD will give full play to its mature resources and technological advantages in the industrial Internet, and make deep efforts in the cross-border overseas field of the automotive equipment industry chain, so as to reduce costs and increase efficiency for platform customers and empower the industry. Integrate into the resource endowment of Xinjiang Free Trade Zone and the 12th Army Group, develop the platforms of TDD GLOBAL and CNAUTO, better empower the industry, serve enterprises, and go to sea together, hoping to achieve greater development in the cross-border field of the industrial belt with the joint efforts of both sides.

On September 24, at 11:18, with the sound of a whistle, carrying nearly 600 tons of multi-species grapes in Xinjiang, the "Tianshan" cold chain digital train departed from the Urumqi China-Europe Express Assembly Center, and the destination was Bangkok, Thailand! This is an important step in the construction of Guolian's cross-border digital supply chain service system. The "Tianshan" cold chain digital train is jointly led by Jiuding Agricultural Development Group of the 12th Army Group of the XPCC and IBI’s LLDD, and cooperates with high-quality resources such as China Railway Special Cargo and Sinotrans, aiming to open up the main cold chain transportation artery between Xinjiang and Southeast Asia, improve the operational efficiency of cross-border digital supply chain, help Xinjiang products go out of Xinjiang, and promote the initiative of "One Belt One Road" and "Domestic and International Dual Circulation".
