The rotating duty of the light buoy in the Dalian sea area has been completed.
On September 11, the "Haixun 1506" vessel docked at Dalian Port, marking the completion of all routine buoy replacement operations for the Dalian Navigation Mark Office in 2026. This replacement operation involved the replacement and maintenance of a total of 57 light buoys in the waters surrounding Dalian.

Light buoys are important navigational aids for ships sailing at sea. Due to prolonged exposure to air and seawater, as well as the impact of seabird habitation, wind, rain, and seawater erosion, they require regular replacement and maintenance. By conducting "rotation" operations for light buoys, those affecting visual effectiveness are promptly replaced and maintained. Additionally, the positions of light buoys in critical waterways and key locations are individually checked, along with inspections of anchor chain wear, to ensure the goals of "accurate positioning, normal lighting quality, vivid coloring, and good structure" are achieved, thereby ensuring the safety of ship navigation.
