This week, as market news faded, rubber prices rose and fell back. Spot prices basically reversed last week's increase and continued to test this year's lows. Mass production work in China's foreign production areas on the supply side has begun one after another, and supply stocks have increased. In addition, the news of the purchase and storage events in the first half of the month stimulated basically digestion, and profits were closed in arbitrage orders, which stimulated downstream receiving goods to a certain extent. However, as the off-season of demand arrived on the demand side and downstream, the production pace of enterprises slowed down, and most of them purchased on demand, and actual demand remained weak. Fundamentals and drag rubber prices fell.

The spot price of concentrated milk at the port fluctuated within a narrow range this week and improved slightly at the end of the week. There were no signs of continued decline. The reason was that the internal and external markets were upside down, traders had relatively limited replenishment, port spot prices were reduced, and holders were relatively reluctant to sell. Support prices remained firm, while downstream shipments remained weak, and there was no significant improvement.

Market outlook forecast:

1、中国producing areas物候情况基本上好转，截止目前处于正常状态，后期上量预期明显；海外producing areas新胶上量缓慢；

2、预计下周期轮胎开工率仍存小幅走低可能。多数企业缺货现象仍存，加之原料价格低位运行，生产成本较低，在企业外贸订单充足支撑下，排产仍较为积极。但内销需求疲弱，销售压力加大，部分全钢胎企业库存承压，预计下周开工略有下滑；

3、青岛地区库存出入库缓和，去库拐点或将临近；

4、宏观扰动，国家收储消息尚未落地。
