Natural rubber market prices remained relatively high this week. After the holiday, the rubber market experienced a sudden increase, stimulated by the sudden incident in the Qingdao warehouse. Judging from the current supply and demand situation in the natural rubber market, the news is gradually digested. There is still room for increase in rubber prices in the short term, but long-term support is limited. The supply side of the main rubber-producing areas is still relatively tight in the short term, raw material prices remain firm, and costs support upstream profits. However, due to the reduction of burdens by China's downstream companies and maintenance, the overall market trading performance is sporadic, mainly wait-and-see, and the receiving sentiment is relatively weak. There is limited room for increase in spot quotes.

This week, China's concentrated milk offers dropped slightly. The weather in southern Thailand has weakened the disturbance to rubber tapping work, raw materials have gradually returned to normal output, raw material prices have fallen within a narrow range, and the positive cost side has weakened. There is limited follow-up on new orders from downstream product companies, and the bearish sentiment about the future outlook is heating up, and most of the goods are purchased are based on just demand. Boosted by the lack of positive benefits in the natural latex market, traders mostly gave concessions and shipped goods. The overall transaction atmosphere was light, and the focus of trading was loose and slightly weakened.
