The Zhongce Rubber High-Performance Radial Tire Future Factory located in Qiantang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province is leading the industry transformation with its digitally empowered entire industrial chain of research, production, supply and sales. In this modern factory, tens of thousands of sensors work closely together to collect hundreds of key data on the production line in real time and automatically dispatch tasks through intelligent systems. Busy logistics robots shuttle through various work areas to efficiently complete the handling of materials and products. On average, one tire is successfully rolled off the production line every 7 seconds.
As the first batch of pilot units of the "Future Factory" in Zhejiang Province, Zhongce Rubber has invested nearly 500 million yuan to build this future factory for high-performance radial tires. Since it was put into operation at the end of 2021, the factory has achieved a high degree of automation and flexibility in the entire process from order receipt to product delivery with advanced digital technology, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
