Mingke Precision Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., located in Jiangsu, is fully promoting the construction of its project with an annual output of 200 million pre-filled pistons. Despite the rainy weather the day before yesterday, there were still many tower cranes at the construction site and machines roared continuously. The construction team was advancing the project progress in an orderly manner to ensure that the project could be delivered as scheduled and put into production.
It is reported that this project is an important investment of Mingke Precision Rubber and Plastic, with a total investment of up to 500 million yuan and a newly acquired land area of 60 acres. The company plans to build three factory buildings, dormitories, warehouses, office buildings, etc. on this base, with a total construction area of approximately 50000 square meters. At the same time, in order to improve production efficiency, the company also purchased 200 sets (sets) of advanced equipment including pressure internal mixers, material cutters, and rubber injection machines.
According to Carbon Black Industry Network, Mingke Precision Rubber and Plastic is a company specializing in the production of a variety of rubber and plastic products. Its products are widely used in many fields such as automobiles, aerospace, data storage, medical and electronics. The newly built pre-filled piston project will mainly produce medical syringe pistons, covering three main production lines: fire refining line, molding line and cleaning and packaging line. After the project is put into production, the annual output is expected to reach 200 million pieces, and annual sales are expected to reach 550 million yuan, contributing 15 million yuan to local tax revenue.
At present, the project is progressing smoothly, and a total of 100 million yuan has been invested in construction and labor costs. Dong Anliang, the person in charge of the site, said that the construction of the three factories, warehouses and dormitory buildings has all been capped. The capping work of the office building is expected to be completed by the end of May, and the entire project is expected to be fully completed by the end of September. In order to ensure the smooth start of the production line, the company has recruited some workers in advance at the beginning of the year for pre-job training, and plans to recruit about 50 more workers in the near future to meet future production needs.
