As the world's largest tire producer and exporter, China's annual demand for environmentally friendly aromatic rubber plasticizers is approximately 230,000 tons. However, in the past, the production technology and market of this product have long been monopolized by foreign capital, and the price is high, which has increased the production costs of environmentally friendly rubber and green tires in China, and affected the export of tires and automobiles to markets such as the European Union, the United States and Japan.

Jinan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. has used the REP-ARE technology of the Academy of Petroleum Sciences to build an industrial plant with an annual output of 100,000 tons of REP and 70,000 tons of ARE extraction, becoming the only enterprise in China that can continuously and stably produce environmentally friendly aromatic hydrocarbons plasticizers with high aromatic carbon content. The A1820 environmentally friendly aromatic rubber plasticizer it produces is of high quality. After testing by international authoritative organizations, the aromatic carbon content of the product exceeds 20%, which not only complies with EU REACH regulations, but also meets Chinese national standards.
