近日,工信部在其官方网站上发布了《国家工业和信息化领域节能降碳技术装备推荐目录(2024年版)》,对石化化工行业中的橡胶串联密炼技术进行了重点推介。
Rubber series internal mixing technology has attracted widespread attention in the industry due to its unique process and significant energy-saving effects. This technology uses a fully enclosed upper and lower station internal mixer, which is characterized by the fact that the upper internal mixer chamber has a small capacity but a large filling factor, while the lower internal mixer chamber has a large capacity and a small filling factor. This design not only reduces the heat generation rate by improving heat dissipation performance, but also ensures constant temperature reaction at the lower station, thereby meeting the temperature-sensitive requirements of new rubber compounds and achieving low-temperature rubber refining. It is worth mentioning that this technology simplifies the mixing process into a one-stage process, greatly shortening the mixing time of the rubber compound, reducing heat loss, and avoiding the need for extrusion, tabletting and cooling in the air in the traditional process.
