[Urea] Yunnan Dawei ammonia urea price cut

Yunnan Dawei's factory price for small granular urea made by ammonia has been lowered by 20 yuan/ton to 2680 yuan/ton. With a single proposal, the annual production capacity of the plant will be 600,000 tons.
