[Methanol] Shanxi CITIC methanol price cut

On September 27, Shanxi CITIC methanol prices were lowered to 2330 yuan/ton, down 10 yuan/ton from yesterday. At present, the 100,000-ton/year unit is stopped; the 200,000-ton/year unit is under load reduction.
