On the afternoon of May 16, futures prices fluctuated and tested downwards in afternoon. The offer for second-hand small orders in the methanol market in Changzhou was referenced to around 2510 yuan/ton. The actual orders were a little cautious, and the holders were reluctant to sell at low prices; domestic goods were delivered to the surrounding areas at theoretical prices or refer to around 2,530 - 2,550 yuan/ton; a few small orders in Zhangjiagang were discussed to around 2440 yuan/ton.
