In April, electricity consumption in the whole society increased by 8.3% year-on-year

On May 15, the National Energy Administration released data on the electricity consumption of the whole society in April, showing that in April, the electricity consumption of the whole society was 690.1 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 8.3%.

In terms of industries, the primary industry's electricity consumption was 8.8 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 12.3%; the secondary industry's electricity consumption was 481.4 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 7.6%; the tertiary industry's electricity consumption was 115.5 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 17.9%; Urban and rural residents 'domestic electricity consumption was 84.4 billion kilowatt hours, a year-on-year increase of 0.9%.

In terms of industries, the primary industry's electricity consumption was 35.1 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 10.3%; the secondary industry's electricity consumption was 1.8632 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 5.0%; the tertiary industry's electricity consumption was 485.2 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 7.0%; Urban and rural residents 'domestic electricity consumption was 426.8 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 0.3%.
