The sound of knocking and the roar of machines can be heard endlessly, and the workers and masters in the workshop are busy debugging equipment. The project was jointly built by China's Wipps Rubber Company and Germany's German Belt Systems Gmb H Company and is expected to be put into production in October this year.

It is understood that the total investment of the project reaches 1.7 billion yuan, and is mainly committed to building production lines for high-performance rubber and plastic new materials such as high-performance conveyor belts, synchronous belts, high-speed rail shock absorbers, aerospace and ship seals. Once completed and put into operation, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 5 billion yuan, the annual tax revenue will reach 300 million yuan, and it is expected to create 1600 jobs.

The relevant person in charge of the project said that all project construction procedures have been completed. The construction of the internal mixing workshop, PVC workshop and employee activity center has been completed. The main construction of the No. 1 conveyor belt workshop, rolling workshop and V-belt workshop has also been completed, and the installation of wall panels is currently underway. At the same time, intensive construction is under way in areas such as the No. 2 conveyor belt workshop, R & D center, warehouse and fifth treasury. In addition, three internal mixers, two PVC production lines and eleven looms have been installed, and the equipment debugging stage is currently underway.

The construction of Luchi's high-performance smart conveyor belt project is progressing smoothly and will inject new impetus into the development of China's rubber and plastic new materials industry. The commissioning of this project will greatly increase output value and tax revenue, and have a positive driving effect on local economic development.
