On May 26, the 60,000-ton M-1300 medical grade/M-1000 model of the Shanghai chlor-alkali PVC plant started operating normally. In May, there was no sales quote for M-1300 medical grade, and the company's supporting vinyl chloride plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons was normal. The upstream vinyl chloride unit is planned to be overhauled for one month on June 10 and PVC on June 15.
