On May 30, the Inner Mongolia sulfuric acid market remained weak. As of now, 98% of the smelting acid in Chifeng has been shipped at 100-140 yuan/ton; 98% of the smelting acid in Bayannur area has been shipped at 10-60 yuan/ton. Supply and demand in Chifeng region are both weak, and the main acid companies are under maintenance, but the downstream industries dominated by chemical fertilizers have started at a low level. Insufficient demand has led to a weak market trading atmosphere and low individual orders. Pricing is expected to be under pressure in June; the contradiction between supply and demand in Bayannur and Baotou regions has intensified, and sluggish local demand has been compounded by the impact of low-priced acid in the northwest, and the market's center of gravity has shifted downward.
