On September 17, at the 20th China-ASEAN Expo held in Nanning, Guangxi, Hengyi Group signed a contract with the Qinzhou City Government on an integrated project of high-end fiber materials with a total investment of 12 billion yuan and an annual output of 800,000 tons.
The signed high-end fiber material integration project with a total investment of 12 billion yuan and an annual output of 800,000 tons is expected to add an additional output value of approximately 11.5 billion yuan and a tax revenue of approximately 1 billion yuan. It will create the country's largest nylon production base, with Tongkun Qinzhou. The project complements the "tertery-nylon" dual chain and promotes the construction of a new dual-base operation model for the "Qinzhou-ASEAN" industrial chain.
Overview of Hengyi's caprolactam and polyamide industry integration project
On July 7, 2019, Hengyi Group signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Qinzhou City Government for a high-end green chemical and chemical fiber integration project, starting comprehensive industrial cooperation with Qinzhou. The first phase of the caprolactam and polyamide industry integration and supporting engineering project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons has been successfully started.
Guangxi Hengyi New Materials has an annual output of 1.2 million tons of caprolactam and polyamide industry integration and supporting engineering projects with a total investment of about 22 billion yuan. After being put into production, it can achieve an annual output of 1.2 million tons of polyamide chips, with an average annual sales revenue of about 20 billion yuan., the average annual tax revenue is 1.8 billion yuan.
The first phase of the project mainly builds 1 set of coal hydrogen production and ammonia combined unit (hydrogen 100000m³/h, ammonia 200,000 tons/year), 2 sets of 400,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide units (calculated by 35%), and 2 sets of 300,000 tons/year olefin cyclohexanone units, 2 sets of 300,000 tons/year caprolactam units and 5 sets of 120,000 tons/year polyamide polymerization units.
The second phase of the project mainly builds 1 set of 400,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide plant (calculated by 35%), 2 sets of 300,000 tons/year olefin cyclohexanone plants, 2 sets of 300,000 tons/year caprolactam plants and 5 sets of 120,000 tons/year polyamide polymerization plant.
The first phase of the project will have a construction period of 36 months and is scheduled to be put into operation in December 2023. The second phase of the project will have a construction period of 24 months and will be put into operation in 2025. Source: Petroleum and Chemical Park
