October 24: Shanghai's chlor-alkali plant with an annual production capacity of 720,000 tons started operating normally. Enterprise prices have been lowered. 32% alkali is quoted at 1080 yuan/ton, and 50% alkali is quoted at 1780 yuan/ton, which is actually negotiable.
