On October 27, the anthracene oil market in the northwest region was weakened. Ningxia Wuhai negotiated with reference to around 4,700 - 4,900 yuan/ton, and the Xinjiang market around 4,300 - 4,500 yuan/ton. The market prices of raw materials continued to be weak, and the carbon black market received goods at low prices. Negotiations on actual orders declined.
