Shandong Runyin (Rising) synthetic ammonia plant resumed normal operation, with cash reported a rise of 260 yuan/ton to 3930 yuan/ton. The 200-ton and 800,000-ton ammonia plant is scheduled to be shut down on the evening of the 27th, expected to take 8 days.
