Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd.'s "Two Chemicals" relocation and transformation project aims to build a modern high-end petrochemical industry cluster, focusing on the development of the two major product chains of chlor-alkali chemicals and petrochemicals; The second-phase chlor-alkali integrated equipment project of the "Two modernizations" relocation and transformation project is to use its own land resources to build a 300,000-ton/year caustic soda plant and a 400,000-ton/year VCM plant in the second plot, and a comprehensive experimental building in the third plot., etc., build 400,000-ton/year PVC plant in the fourth plot, and build supporting public auxiliary facilities in each plot, with a total investment of over 5 billion yuan.
