The Hainan Province Meteorological Observatory predicts that due to the influence of cold air and Typhoon "Jalawa", there will be cooling rainfall and strong winds on the sea in Hainan Province from December 18 to 24. From the 18th to the 22nd, there will be light rain and cloudy days across the island, and temperatures in various places will continue to drop. On the 22nd, the lowest temperature in inland areas can drop to 10 - 13℃. From the 23rd to the 24th, the island will be cloudy and cloudy. The lowest temperature in coastal areas is 11~14℃, and in inland areas such as Lingao, Ding 'an, Chengmai, Tunchang, Danzhou, Baisha, Qiongzhong, Wuzhishan and Ledong, among which Qiongzhong and Wuzhishan mountainous areas can drop to 6~8℃. Last year, the cutting began sporadically in early May, and most areas only began to start in early June and gradually increase the amount. This year's cutting time basically conforms to the normal seasonal cutting time.
The cutting stop time is relatively normal: According to the Hainan Province Meteorological Bureau, rainfall and cold air are coming simultaneously in Hainan production areas due to the impact of typhoons. It is expected that Hainan Province will experience strong cooling and strong sea winds this week. In the short term, under the influence of rainfall, sporadic rubber farmers have begun to stop cutting rubber to protect rubber trees. As of today, a few regions have indicated that the low temperature at night in Hainan's production areas has dropped below 15℃.
