Recently, the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, successfully achieved an important breakthrough in biomimetic synthetic rubber technology, laying a solid foundation for the full chain connection and application verification of localized aviation tire technology. This innovative technology route is expected to provide strong support for China's aviation tire manufacturing industry to break the monopoly of foreign technology and achieve independent control of core technologies.

It is understood that aviation tires are indispensable and key components during aircraft take-off and landing, and their performance is directly related to the safety of the aircraft. However, for a long time, the core manufacturing technology of aviation tires has been controlled by several foreign companies. Chinese civil aviation aircraft mainly use the method of renting foreign aviation tires, which poses huge safety hazards and economic pressures.

In order to break through this technical bottleneck, the scientific research team of the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences proposed a technical route for biomimetic synthetic rubber. After years of joint research and repeated trials, they successfully simulated the molecular structure and key chemical components of natural rubber, and achieved an important breakthrough in biomimetic rubber synthesis technology. This achievement not only fills the gap in China, but also reaches the international advanced level, injecting new vitality into the development of China's aviation tire manufacturing industry.
