It is reported that Chuanhua Synthetic is mainly engaged in the production, R & D and sales of new synthetic materials such as cis-1,4-butadiene rubber, and is an important part of Chuanhua Zhilian Chemical business.

Recently, Zhejiang Chuanhua Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd. completed the guidance registration with the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau, with CITIC Construction Investment as the guidance agency, which marks that the spin-off and listing of Chuanhua Synthetic has entered a substantive stage. In December last year, Chuanhua Zhilian announced that it planned to spin off Chuanhua Synthetic to further expand financing channels and enhance the competitiveness of its chemical business.

Since its establishment in 2011, Chuanhua Synthetic has been committed to the research and development and production of new synthetic materials such as cis-1,4-butadiene rubber. Through continuous technological innovation and market expansion, Chuanhua Synthetic has developed into one of China's leading cis-1,4-butadiene rubber producers. Its products not only occupy an important position in the Chinese market, but are also exported to many countries and regions.
