[Industry News]: Lueyang 10 million yuan to build a bio-based eucommia rubber production line

March 29, 2024, 9:09 AM Recently, Maoba Food and Pharmaceutical Industrial Park of Hengxianhe Subdistrict Office in Lueyang County, Shaanxi Province welcomed a major investment project. The project is jointly promoted by the Forestry Bureau of Lueyang County in conjunction with Beijing Daheng Xiaoheng Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Zhongjiao Ecological Technology Co., Ltd., and aims to build a bio-based eucommia rubber production line with a total investment of up to 10 million yuan.
This new production line will rely on the physical extraction technology of eucommia rubber with independent intellectual property rights owned by Shaanxi Zhongjiao Ecological Technology to fully utilize various rubber-containing biological tissues of eucommia, including seed shells, leaves, skins, branches and drug residues, etc. After a series of fine processing techniques, these raw materials will be transformed into products with high added value such as Eudoides extract powder, Eudoides fiber powder and Eudoides rubber powder. It is worth mentioning that this production line has also made significant efforts in environmental protection. It uses ultrafiltration technology to recycle production water to ensure no wastewater discharge, and uses air energy and solar energy as heating methods, which greatly reduces energy consumption.
