According to news on April 9, recently, during the high-quality development on-site observation activities held in Yantai City, the industrialization project of high-end synthetic material products invested and constructed by China Resources Group attracted much attention. It is reported that the project has fully capped 19 buildings and is gradually installing 32 production lines. It is expected to be fully put into operation in July, a full four months earlier than originally planned.

China Resources 'high-end synthetic material products industrialization project has a total investment of 5 billion yuan, focusing on the production of high-precision products such as special nylon materials and high-speed spinning chips. Thanks to its leading technology and high-end positioning of products, this project has been listed as a key project in Shandong Province for two consecutive years. After being put into production, it is expected that the annual production capacity will reach 160,000 tons of high-end nylon 66 chips and 30,000 tons of differentiated nylon fiber. This scale will place it among the top three in the country. In the future, this project is expected to become China's leading and world-class R & D and manufacturing center for high-end synthetic materials.

According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, nylon 66 is a new material with high technical content, and its production process has high technical barriers. China Resources has carried out strategic cooperation with Invidia of the United States this time and introduced the most cutting-edge efficient continuous polymerization production process. This move not only fills the gap in China's high-end products, but also enhances the competitiveness of the entire industry. Nylon 66 's excellent properties, such as moisture absorption, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, make it widely used in many fields such as aerospace, medical equipment, and automobile manufacturing. In addition, its downstream customers include industry leaders such as State Grid, China CRRC, Huawei and DJI, showing its huge market prospects.
