The focus of this survey is on the second phase of the "Intelligent Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Project" that the company is actively promoting. This project is regarded as an important part of Dayi County's strategy to strengthen the industrial county in 2024.

During the investigation process, veteran scientific and technological workers learned in detail about Yuanxing Rubber's efforts in digital transformation and intelligent upgrading. They visited the company's production line and had in-depth exchanges with the company's management. Relying on the provincial enterprise technology center and the innovation workstation of academicians (experts) in Chengdu City, Yuanxing Rubber continues to innovate and improve technical processes, production management and product quality.

According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, Yuanxing Rubber's investment in research and development has continued to increase in recent years, and it extracts research and development funds at 3% of sales revenue every year to support the research and development of new products and technological innovation. The company's research and development results are remarkable. The "full-functional steel wire structure tire" has filled the gap in the Chinese market. Another technology,"Safe Driving Motorcycle Tire under Pressure Relief", has also won the third prize in Provincial and Municipal Science and Technology Progress Awards.

The construction of the intelligent production line for the second phase of the project is in full swing, with a total planned investment of 1.32 billion yuan. The project aims at Industry 4.0 and implements intelligent transformation in all aspects. It aims to realize automation and intelligent connectivity of the entire production process through technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Since its launch in June last year, the project has received strong support from the County Economic, Science and Information Technology Bureau, State Grid Dayi County Power Supply Company and other departments, and is progressing smoothly. It is expected that the first tire will be rolled off the production line in October this year.
