It is reported that the three sets of ethylene propylene rubber units of Jilin Petrochemical Organic Synthesis Plant have been operating at high load, with a daily output of more than 180 tons. The products are widely popular in the market and are exported to outside China. These ethylene propylene rubber products are widely used in many fields such as wire and cable, rail transportation, waterproof membranes, sealing products and automobile tires.

According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, in order to improve production efficiency, Jilin Petrochemical Organic Synthesis Plant not only carried out high-load operation for each device and each product, but also refined the control of the extruder. Through technical personnel tracking, adjustment and assessment, the production load of each brand of products has been significantly improved compared with the same period last year. In addition, the factory also optimized production control at the rear of the unit and formulated a detailed regular work list to ensure the stable operation of key equipment. While maintaining high yields, Jilin Petrochemical has not forgotten to improve quality and efficiency. In the first quarter, the organic synthesis plant implemented 18 projects to improve quality and efficiency, including measures to reduce energy consumption, improve product qualification rates, increase production of binary rubber and reduce consumption of three agents, achieving a benefit growth of 7.61 million yuan. Especially in terms of energy conservation, the factory successfully reduced comprehensive energy consumption by 3% by optimizing equipment operation and regularly cleaning heat exchangers. Jilin Petrochemical also closely focused on customer needs and completed multiple product brand switching production in the first quarter. By flexibly adjusting production plans and strict quality management, it not only increased the actual operating time of the device, but also achieved a product pass rate of 98.56%.
