This growth trend was particularly evident in March, especially in exports to the Chinese market. According to a report from the Import and Export Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, China continued to firmly position as Vietnam's largest export market for rubber in March this year. In that month, Vietnam's rubber exports to China reached 61.43 million tons, accounting for 52.83% of the total exports. The export value was US$90.72 million, a month-on-month increase of 4.5% and 7.9%. It is worth mentioning that Vietnam's average rubber export price to China also showed a month-on-month upward trend, with growth rates of 3.2% and 7.1% respectively, reaching US$1479 per ton.

In addition, Vietnam's rubber exports to other countries have also shown a positive trend. According to the Import and Export Bureau, in March this year, Vietnam's rubber exports to India, Germany, Turkey and other countries showed a double growth trend in both quantity and amount. In particular, India is expected to further increase its demand for rubber as it adjusts import tariffs on some electric vehicle types, which provides new opportunities for Vietnam's rubber exports.
