The construction site is extremely busy, and various construction work is in full swing. According to information released by the company, the project covers an annual output of 3000 tons of rubber accelerator DCBS, an annual output of 2000 tons of rubber peptizer, and an annual output of 5000 tons of rubber peptizer compounding.

Among many aspects of the project, the compounding of rubber peptizer with an annual output of 2000 tons and rubber peptizer with an annual output of 5000 tons has been successfully completed and put into production ahead of schedule, demonstrating Hengli Rubber and Plastic's efficient execution and strong production capabilities. At present, the main structure of the production workshop with an annual output of 3000 tons of rubber accelerator DCBS has been completed, and key equipment such as dissolving kettles, reaction kettles, and pelletizers are also being installed intensively, and is expected to be officially put into use soon.

Its independently developed flagship product, rubber peptizer DBD, not only successfully replaced the traditional pentachlorothiophenol peptizer, but also broke the long-term market monopoly of foreign products and filled China's technological gap in this field. Today, this single product has accounted for as much as 80% of the global market, fully demonstrating Hengli Rubber and Plastic's leading position and technical strength in the industry.

In addition, Hengli Rubber and Plastic has also actively expanded its business partners and established solid and in-depth cooperative relationships with well-known tire manufacturers outside China such as Bridgestone, Michelin, Kumho and Linglong Tire.
