The encouraged industries in the national existing industrial catalogue include the encouraged industries in the latest edition of the Industrial structure Adjustment guidance Catalog and the industries in the Industrial Catalog encouraging Foreign Investment (for details, please refer to the Technology of hydrogen Energy Industry encouraged by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2024). The documents solicited by the public mainly supplement the new incentive industries in the western region, and the provinces correspond to each other one by one, among which the hydrogen energy special industry information in the new incentive industries in each province is as follows:

Large-scale development of hydrogen energy basic materials such as high strength aluminum alloy, carbon fiber, hydrogen pipeline, equipment manufacturing of fixed pressure vessels, low temperature liquid hydrogen storage tank, research and production of hydrogen fuel cell, application of hydrogen fuel cell energy storage and power generation, pilot demonstration of hydrogen production by electrolysis of renewable energy, hydrogen production by purification of industrial by-product hydrogen, etc.
