Previously, Jinshi 103HF well also made major breakthroughs.
The Cambrian shale that achieved the breakthrough this time has an ancient geological age, deeper burial, thin shale thickness and difficult scale transformation. So far, no commercial breakthrough has been achieved. Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Bureau has continuously carried out practical exploration and theoretical innovation, changed concepts, and formed a new shale reservoir forming model. The Jinshi 103HF well deployed in Leshan achieved the first major Cambrian shale gas exploration in October 2022. breakthrough. According to reports, in the next step, Sinopec Southwest Petroleum Bureau will also explore and develop silty shale gas with low organic matter abundance, stabilize marine shale gas with a burial depth of 3500 meters to 4000 meters, and continue to tackle key problems in the development of marine shale gas and non-marine shale gas exploration to support the continued growth of China's natural gas production.
