The company's leaders went deep into the front line to conduct in-depth docking with the workshop around "extreme tapping potential and cost reduction measures", and pointed out ideas and guidance for the next work of the workshop. In this regard, the workshop continues to improve and formulate production stability and energy conservation measures, making overall arrangements from aspects such as production planning, equipment inspection, indicator control, and daily cleaning, and implements list-based and grid-based management of the costs of each link through the leadership contract system to ensure Everyone has indicators on their heads.

In terms of production planning, we have formulated a peak-shifting power consumption plan. While meeting the production requirements, and carefully controlling the 5#heavy ash furnace and auxiliary equipment are regularly stopped according to the plan, the power consumption can be saved by nearly 5000 yuan per day. In terms of indicator control, in order to stimulate employees 'enthusiasm to tap potential and create efficiency, we have formulated a competition mechanism for horizontal team competition indicators and inter-team comparison operations in the chemical team. By accurately adjusting the water-alkali ratio, each team reduced the amount of combined water entering, which not only improved the stability of the indicator, but also achieved "double consumption reduction" of water energy and steam energy. Under the atmosphere of comparison, learning and catch-up, the particle size index was increased to an average of 2.8%, and monthly consumption reduction and efficiency creation can reach 90,000 yuan.
