The construction of a factory in Vietnam is not only the starting point of MESNAC's globalization strategy for tire mold products, but also another important milestone on MESNAC's "global road".

Through overseas factory construction, MESNAC will further enhance the competitiveness of product delivery in overseas markets and improve its competitiveness in overseas markets.

It is reported that the MESNAC Vietnam factory will invest in the most advanced automation and intelligent equipment, customize a dedicated information management platform, apply advanced mold manufacturing technology, and improve production efficiency and product quality. At the beginning of the construction of the Vietnam base, detailed planning was carried out in terms of green energy, recycling, and legal employment. According to reports, it only takes 38 seconds for the equipment to produce a tire, and one device can produce more than 1,400 tires a day. At the same time, the equipment only requires one person to operate, which effectively reduces operating costs.
