The road sweeper adopts the chassis modification of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's Class 62 automobile, and is equipped with high-pressure cleaning and dust reduction system, clean water tank, maintenance box, garbage bin, lifting device, rear sweeping roller, left and right vertical sweeping, hydraulic system, dedicated electronic control system and other modifications. The chassis engine provides both driving power and installation power. The high-pressure water pump adopts a plunger pump with a brass pump head, suitable flow rate, high pressure, and a maximum allowable pressure of 10mpa. The large capacity clean water tank is equipped with a low liquid level alarm protection device. When the liquid level drops to the specified height, the system will automatically alarm to prevent damage to the high-pressure water pump caused by waterless operation. The left and right vertical scanning adopts dual scanning discs, which increases the cleaning width. Separate control of left and right vertical scanning can achieve different operation modes such as left scanning, right scanning, and full scanning. Drivers can easily control their driving speed to ensure effective cleaning under different road conditions. There are high-pressure nozzles in the middle and rear of the chassis that point towards the front of the vehicle, achieving high-pressure cleaning and dust reduction on the road surface.
