Amtek Auto says insolvency proceedings accepted by NCLT
NEW DELHI:Debt-laden auto component maker Amtek Auto today said the insolvency proceedings initiated by a consortium of banks led by the National Company Court of Corporation Bank have been approved by the (NCLT).
