Tire maker CEAT on Monday announced Bathinda, Punjab This is an all-women customer service center and said it plans to open such stores across India in the coming months. The all-female CEAT Mall includes female staff to provide all service-related support to customers. This also includes physical tasks such as changing wheels, balancing and operating various machines to repair vehicles, the company said in a press release.
