NEW DELHI: Automotive component maker Motherson Sumi Systems today said its subsidiary Samvardhanana Motherson Automotive Systems Group will raise $310 million (about Rs 200 crore) through a debenture issue slated for December 2021 for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.
