Napino group arm ties up with Germany’s ZF for switches

NEW DELHI: Vishnu Vaibhav Industry, the automotive component manufacturer of Napino Group, has partnered with ZF TRW Global Body Control System (BCS), Germany, to supply four-wheel switches to Indian automakers.

Vishnu Vaibhav Industry Pvt Ltd (VVIPL) in a statement, Under the agreement between the two parties, ZF will focus on manufacturing four-wheel switches for domestic OEMs in India through an agreement with ZF’s agreement TRW Technology Partnership and Service Provider Agreement.

In addition, VVIPL will also provide a local manufacturing base for ZF TRW Global BCS for its global customers in India. The statement said, “This also includes global development and manufacturing of switches and switch modules, mechanical steering column locks and entry-level automotive products.”

Currently, VVIPL in Haryana exists only in the two-wheeler segment. We will be entering the four-wheeler segment in collaboration with our German partners.

We have an engineering center in Pune and two manufacturing plants in Manesar and Pune.
