NEW DELHI: MapmyIndia has partnered with VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd, a joint venture of Eicher Motors Ltd Volvo Group, to keep students safe through integrated safety solutions.

In 1996, Eicher built India’s first safe school bus in partnership with IIT Delhi and the Institute of Road Safety. Eicher Buses offers 37 safety features on its fully assembled buses (Skyline Pro, Skyline on Starline.

Eicher, a pioneer in the field of safety, has once again initiated this initiative with Mapmyindia to provide safe and reliable transportation for schoolchildren by offering telematics solutions. Customers can purchase the Eicher-developed Integrated Safety Solutions range of school buses equipped with Mapmyindia.
