The Supreme Industries acquires business of Parvati Agro Plast

Suprememe Industries Limited (Supreme), India's leading plastics manufacturing company, has announced the acquisition of Parvatii Agro Plast manufacturing division/business. The plant is the company's 299th year A plant/manufacturing facility is scheduled to commence operations today (2023) October 17).
The plant is spread over an area of approximately 13.48 acres. The total installed capacity of the plant is 36,000 tons/year of PVC pipes (15,000 tons/year), HDPE pipes (18,000 tons/year). As well as PVC-O pipe-3000 tons per year.
Commenting on the development, MP Supreme Industries Limited Taparia said: "This milestone enhances the Company's presence in the border areas of Maharashtra and North Karnataka. We are confident that this acquisition will enable the Company to reach out to more regions and customers with its products in a cost-effective manner. The Company's entry into niche markets by incorporating PVC-O manufacturing technology into its product basket will pave the way for faster growth and fulfill its objective of adding more value-added products to its product basket. The company plans to invest around Rs 2,010 crore over the next 2-3-3 years to further expand its PVC-O manufacturing capacity and expects the plant to produce more than Rs 5,000 crore per annum in revenues after completion of the expansion. We believe that PVC-O has a good scope of business in the Indian market.
With this acquisition, the company will have a total installed capacity of 70,80,000 MTPA of plastic piping systems products by the end of 24 The company is a leader in plastic piping systems with one of the largest and expanding product portfolios. The company currently has 38 piping systems and offers end-to-end solutions for a variety of applications.
