The 5 Series has been in operation for almost ten months, and we are generally very satisfied. The power, control, fuel consumption and silence are all remarkable. There are only two problems that make me think that the 5 Series still has shortcomings. One is that the trailing mobility of the long-axle car is not strong, which lowers the score for the control; the other is that the interior color is not highly selective, which affects the overall interior atmosphere.

The 21-model 5 Series no longer offers aluminum alloy interior trim panels, star tops, Nappa leather, comfort seats, Baohua Weijian and other options. I don’t understand why these are not allowed to choose. The sporty version of the mocha interior I chose. The inner lining on the top of the head is black, the interior panel is also dark, and the inside of the car is very dark… Very dark… Very dark… Moreover, it constantly makes abnormal noises, and the friction sound of plastic parts makes it very annoying. Of course, plastic parts such as sunroof, seat friction, steering wheel cover, and center control panel back cover are also loud

Later, I bought the original spray and imagined that it would expand and contract quickly so that it could stabilize later. The results proved that this method was unreliable and was a waste of effort.

So I wanted to do it one time and replace the aluminum alloy interior panel. On the one hand, I wanted to change the old style of the interior, and on the other hand, I wanted to solve the abnormal noise again.

It was the first time I finished demolishing it. Seeing that such a large project was needed, I gave up. I went back for three days, gritted my teeth and drove back to continue demolishing it.

It is too difficult to install the inner lining of the door handle on the plastic part like this. The master said that the A6 does not use a stapler.

After three days of disassembly and disassembly, it was finally completed. I didn’t stare at the scene and couldn’t stand the stimulation, so I didn’t disassemble and disassemble the pictures. This position in the picture is all buckled; the four door panels are welded with plastic rivets, which need to be melted off and re-welded. This process is very torturous.

I thought that after this replacement, the abnormal sound in the central control would be gone. However, **, the sound of the waves remained.

The abnormal sound of the central control is not only the sound of the wood veneer, but also the plastic parts. I don’t think any plastic parts in the car in the 5 Series are qualified, and any with a larger gap will ring.

After upgrading the aluminum alloy, I feel much more comfortable and no longer so old-fashioned. Speaking of which, why should mocha color be used on the center console? Cognac and red are all black?

The inside of the car was also obviously clearer and no longer particularly stuffy.

After installation, the air conditioner switch knob on the right side is much shorter, which affects the operation a little.

There is some attenuation behind the atmosphere light under the right door panel, but other door panels are normal, so there is no problem.

The left side is normal, no problem.
