Replace the horn assembly

10 Have you ever encountered a situation where the horn assembly needs to be replaced in the car? The rear wheel of the car started to rattle from about 35000 kilometers. At first, I thought it was the brake disc that would be rusty and sharpened. Later, I found that it would happen every time I got on and off the car, and it would also happen when I stopped and started. So I quickly took advantage of the 4 seconds in the car to inspect and told me that a rubber sleeve on the rear wheel was broken and the horn assembly needed to be replaced. Is this normal?
