The print on the new film is very clear
The new film is very thick, and the friction material is stepped.
Take down two old films
The comparison between the old and new films is obvious.
If you change a solid new film, you will be relieved to open it.
After loading, turn the wheel to see if it is astringent.
The last step, the driving computer reset, “rear brake pads remaining”restore to 90000km”
Change the brake pads, and it’s done.
When four brake pads were removed, it solved a lot of my doubts.
1. Why does the driving computer show that there are still 5000km brake pads that SSSS says have reached the limit?
Because the brake alarm line is on the inside of the right side, and both of my rear wheels are thick on the inside and thin on the outside, the outside has reached its limit when there is an 5000km inside.
2. Does it matter that the thickness of the outer brake pads on both sides is different, more on the left and less on the right?
It doesn’t matter if I use it personally, but when a piece is about to be changed, it’s best to replace it all together. According to the mileage of the thinnest piece, mine is 100000km.
