Problems encountered by the standard axle G30 when picking up a car and driving 6000 kilometers in 40 days
Problem 2: The tweeter cover under the rear windshield made a “da” sound when driving. After 4s re-disassembly, put on lubricating oil and then assembly, the abnormal sound disappeared
Problem 3: There was abnormal sound at the closed contact surface of the front end of the sunroof sunshade. The sound insulation tape was pasted to cover the front end of the sunshade cover. The sound insulation tape was pasted to the contact surface of the frame. The abnormal sound was solved again during a road test.
Problem 4: The left rear door panel generates a plastic squeeze collision noise when driving to an uneven road surface. The door panel sealing rubber strip is pasted with soundproof tape, and WD40 lubricant is still not improved. It is suspected that there is a sound emission from inside the door panel.
Question 5: When the co-pilot is cruising at high speed, it will resonate when no one is riding. It can be improved when the backrest angle is adjusted back to 90°.
Summary: No abnormal noise has been encountered in the roof at present, and no abnormal noise has been encountered in the small sunroof of the standard axle after driving for 6000 kilometers. The optional Autopilot Assistance Pro works well. The rear blind area warning assistance is a bit neurotic. The driving computer predicts that the distance behind the vehicle is too close (in fact, it is sufficient) and often grabs the steering wheel during the merging process in an attempt to return to the original lane (mechanical intervention is not small).
