My uncle at home bought a 530 premium BMW in early 2020, which was the best version at that time, and it cost more than 500,000 to land. Because my uncle works in engineering, this car has really run a lot in the past two years. This car became my walking car in my hands a few days ago. Let’s talk about the current situation of this 180000-kilometer BMW five-Series.

This is a 19-model modified 530 premium, the hub is actually the hub after a small change, if he had waited a few months to buy it, he would have been able to buy the 5-Series replaced with the ID7 system, and this one still uses the central control system of ID6. The appearance and cash are not the same except for the headlights, hub taillights, and other places are basically the same. I think the appearance of this generation of BMW 5-Series is very successful. Compared with the previous generation of F-chassis BMW 5-Series, it has changed its business style, this generation of 5-Series is still very athletic and young in my eyes, at least I don’t think it makes people feel like I’m driving my father’s car when I’m in my 20s.

I still use the BMW ancestral angel eye for this headlamp, but when it comes to the 5 series on sale, the 5 series on sale does not have this angel eye headlamp, and the 5 series on sale uses L-shaped daytime driving lights. I think it actually looks sharper.

Because when the 5 series first came out, what was most criticized was this China net, whose frame was silver, so many car owners bought it and changed it directly, and this one at home was no exception to the all-black China net, and there was a front camera in the middle of the net, indicating that the car had a 360-degree panoramic image.

The visual effect of the 19-inch wheel is still very good. In fact, apart from the one on the 525, I personally think that the wheels used in several other changes are very good-looking, and they are all very young and very athletic.

The biggest difference between the rear end of the car and cash on sale is this taillight. Everything else is no different.

Although it is an 18W km 5-Series, but the interior maintenance I think is still very good, at least if I do not see the odometer, then I do not think this is a 180000 km car, and it is worth mentioning that the configuration of this car is really quite high, basically you can think of any configuration.

This car chooses a red interior. In fact, I think it will look better if it is outer white and inner red, but because my uncle is an engineer, he still wants his car to focus steadily, so he bought it in black. There are two sets of seats on the door panel. And this car is comfortable to enter, but occasionally this comfort will not react to me, sometimes its seat will not move. Of course, it is also possible that there is something wrong with the comfortable entry of my car.

The 180000-kilometer seat actually looks fine, there is no obvious wear and tear, and this seat is heated with a ventilation belt, but I think the ventilation seats of all BMW models are very average.

I take it for granted that Harman Catton’s stereo appears on the top model, but it seems that the top of the 5 series sold in cash is already equipped with the standard Bauer Weijian stereo, no matter it sounds or looks good. After all, Bauer Weijian’s stereo is equipped with a luminous cover, and it looks great with atmosphere lights at night. Of course, the luminous cover can also be changed.

Because it is an ID6 system, there is less content for the dashboard to display, but it can change several interface styles when switching modes. It is also a standard HUD look-up display from the next top configuration after this model, but the one I open still doesn’t look up.

There is not much to say about the central control system of ID6. The functions and contents are very routine. All I want to say is carplay.

This carplay can only display half of the screen, only this small part can be used, of course, I know that many places can already browse full-screen carplay, this half-screen looks really uncomfortable.

However, in the air-conditioned area below, because it is a large top configuration, everything we should have has ventilation, heating, automatic air conditioning, and so on, but as far as I know, some owners of this air-conditioning control panel cracked themselves without artificially touching it. finally, the official claim from BMW was changed, but I have been driving this one for two years and there is no problem.

The interior decoration board of solid wood does not look old-fashioned in this car.

File handle or BMW ancestral chicken leg file is as good as ever, on the left is some adjustment of anti-skid and driving mode, it is worth mentioning that this 5 series has a 360 panoramic image, this configuration is really quite practical, the display effect is also very delicate, on the right is multimedia control, but this screen is also with touch, so this multimedia is very easy to use.

With pad in the back row, you can control some multimedia systems such as sunshade curtains, and the side of the central armrest can adjust the angle of the back of the seat, which is still very human. in fact, there is still some gap between the seat and the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which is not soft and comfortable enough, and is it true that some car owners report that the back row of the 5-Series is easy to get carsick?

An air conditioner in the four-temperature zone shows that this generation of 5 series still attaches great importance to rear passengers.

In fact, I think the entertainment system in the back row is more gimmick, because in addition to the car owner or family sitting in the back, it is possible to put down the handrail and use this pad. If a friend or customer is sitting in the back row, they may not be able to use this tablet.

After opening the segmented panoramic skylight, the whole car is obviously transparent.

There are also cosmetic mirrors in the back row, and it is very convenient for girls sitting in the back row to make up.

There is also a big Harman stereo on the back door panel. I think it’s the worst to buy this car with a Harman stereo. I’ve sat on my brother’s low-end 530 stereo before, and the whole door panel is bare.

Compared with Mercedes-Benz E-Class and A6L, BMW’s interior actually does not have the upper hand, especially the atmosphere of E-class interior really has to be far behind BMW. Although BMW also has atmosphere lights at night, but compared with Mercedes-Benz atmosphere lights, there is still a long distance. I have seen that many BMW trams have also used Dalian screen interiors, but I personally hope that I will not change the Dalian screen. After all, it was left over by Mercedes-Benz a few years ago. I still think the interior of BMW still has its own characteristics, and I still like it.

I believe that when you see this, you must still want to know how a 180,000-kilometer BMW 5 Series is driving now. The 530 uses a 2.0T high-power engine to match the eight-speed ZF. I think the engine working conditions are still very OK. Compared with the new car, the acceleration may still be a little attenuated, but I don’t think there is any problem with driving the whole thing, because I don’t have the opportunity to lift the roof up and look at it. I don’t know if this car is leaking oil. I haven’t noticed the burning of oil for the time being, and then when I personally drove, the steering feeling of the brake chassis was not much different from that of a new car. It’s just that the chassis on the potholes was not as good as before. I could feel a little bit loose in the chassis, but I don’t have these feelings when driving on normal roads.

Because the whole car drives very smoothly and smoothly, I found some problems with this ZF 8AT at this time. The gearbox of this car has no problem with the shifting logic including the shifting speed, but in the comfort mode sports mode, I can feel the obvious setbacks when I follow the car at low speed and switch back and forth between the gears of 2,34 and 4,000, but I can’t feel the setbacks when I downshift and upshift on high-speed sections. In the ECO energy-saving mode, the gearbox’s setback is also very slight and almost non-existent. But I don’t know if it’s because this car has a large number of kilometers, but I’ll borrow a new 530 in a few days. I’ll try it and update it for everyone.

I think the product power of this generation of BMW Five Series is really, very strong. With its youthful and sporty appearance and BMW’s control, this generation of Five Series is really, very comfortable to drive. I personally really like it very much, because I have also driven Mercedes-Benz E and A6L. The E-Class is really ordinary when driving, and the A6 is still very balanced in all aspects. I will wait a while to update the problem of this gearbox for you. I will find a newer 530 with fewer kilometers and drive it for a few days to try this ZF 8AT. I also hope that there will be riders who can communicate together.
