I. problems encountered in the use of cars for nearly a year
1, 1500 kilometers or so when the engine turned on the yellow fault light, went to the 4S store to check and learned that the oxygen sensor fault, because in the warranty scope, 4S free claim, after the replacement has not occurred this kind of problem
2, 16000 kilometers when the brake wear fault light on, to the 4S store after inspection that the front brake wear, because the brake pads are fragile parts, can only be replaced out of their own pocket brake pads, due to a long time, the specific price has not been clearly remembered, vaguely remember the price of about 1300 yuan

3. The vehicle prompted a problem with the power supply management system at 32000 km. After checking at the store, it was found that the vehicle had a discharge problem at night, but the problem could not be solved for the first time, because my car was equipped with Harman Catton stereo. Later, I replaced the Baohua Weijian luminous cover plate in the refitting shop. I once suspected whether the luminous cover led to the discharge of the vehicle after flameout and locking the car. However, after communication and comparison, the possibility of leakage of the light-emitting cover plate was ruled out (ps: little brother Bucai, currently the owner of the Lanzhou BMW 5-Series car friends association, with a total of about 160 people, of whom more than 70 people modified the Bauer Weijian cover plate in the same store with me, but no one but me had this kind of problem). After consulting with the owner of the refitting store, I doubted whether there was a problem with the driving recorder. Then went to the store for a second inspection, and it was found that it was because the wire harness of the driving recorder was accidentally torn apart when installing 360 full-package foot mats, and the problem was easily solved after reconnecting the wire harness.
II. Issues related to maintenance
At present, the vehicle has traveled 37000 kilometers and has completed three times of maintenance. the first guarantee has changed the oil and filter; the second guarantee has replaced the oil, filter, air-conditioning filter and air filter; and the third guarantee has replaced the oil, filter, gasoline filter and spark plug.
The maintenance manual advises car owners to replace spark plugs at 20,000 km. Personally, they can wait until 30,000 km before replacing spark plugs and gasoline filters. Many riders around them are 30,000 km replacement spark plugs and gasoline filters. There are no problems in the use of vehicles. The above views are only personal views, only for your reference.
III. About insurance
The total amount of insurance bought at the 4S store at the time of purchase is about 15000 yuan, and this year’s insurance is estimated to be 11000 yuan (the vehicle was out of danger in June 2021 and hit a stray dog in the course of vulgar driving, and the dog was fine. The car’s passive pedestrian protection system popped up and the maintenance cost was 18000 yuan). Through the recent communication with the insurance salesman, it is learned that younger people will pay a little more for car insurance than older people, which is incomprehensible.
IV. Feelings about the use of vehicles for nearly a year

It was mentioned in my car pick-up sticker that I commute nearly 100km to and from work, and I need to drive about 2200 km to and from work every month.
Of course, this year, my “old 5” also accompanied me through a lot of roads. I would like to thank my car for never putting me on the road. No matter heavy rain or heavy snow, it can safely take me home. Because of busy work, I do not have enough time to go too far. I can only travel in a small area, occasionally get together with my car friends, and have a look at the surrounding cities on weekends and holidays.
