At the end of April, I wanted to replace a vehicle of the same brand with a small BMW. I had heard about the price before. I consulted several stores in Beijing at the Home Store and planned to buy a car within a week.
After comparing prices among various stores, I have an idea. I am preparing to book a car during the May Day holiday. On the day of the consultation on April 29, there was a BMW on sale. The specific name was unknown. The name of VX was BMW Zhu Hao.
When I added it at 18:08 that day, I still thought that this person was smart and knew how to add VX to communicate. As a result, I didn’t have any communication with me for 10 minutes, and the communication was deleted by the other party again.
I really don’t understand the operation of the above mystery. Is it my circle of friends or does it look like I don’t buy a car? (I have booked a car in May)
Complaint to BMW crm customer service. The customer service told me that it was impossible to check which store this person belonged to, and I had to check it myself before complaining.
Doesn’t BMW have regional sales managers for manufacturers in Beijing and there is no group of sales managers for stores in the region? The sales manager of each store doesn’t know the names of his people?
Is such a simple logic so difficult to implement in BMW’s official complaint channels?
I am not promising. I still ordered this brand’s car because of my love for the brand. However, it was also because of my love for the brand that I, a person who never posted, posted at the home for the first time.
