Fault code for the transmission system of the on-board road projectile

I went to apply for a license on the 30th and reported the trouble code on the way there. Then I was told by the car dealer to go to the after-sales service to swipe the trouble code. I hurriedly selected the license plate and ran back to the car shop for 2 hours. On October 1, I saw the car at the 4s store for the first time. I was very distressed to see it before I had even driven it, and I was told to remove it and replace it… I can’t figure out why the manufacturer didn’t inspect it when it was delivered? Why didn’t there be any problems found during the delivery inspection at the 4s shop? The problem occurred when the car had to be handed over to the customer, and the failure did not meet the requirements for returning the car. The customer had to bear this undeserved consequence! Why do customers need to pay for the problems of manufacturers ‘4s stores? I just made the mistake of choosing BMW. What else has it to do with me?
