4 I picked up the car in December last year and unknowingly traveled more than 10,000 kilometers. I took a look on the highway the day before yesterday and found it to reach 9950 kilometers. I don’t know if it will affect future claims, so I quickly contacted BMW’s customer service and was told that it can be within 12000 kilometers. It seems that it was a false alarm, so there is no rush. I just settled the matter and went back to the local 4S for maintenance.
