I still have one in my hand, so I want to install another one. I was struggling with the installation. I didn’t want to go to the safe first. So I bought a rain sensor to pick up electricity from Taobao. If it looks like this, you need to unplug the rainfall sensor, which is a 4pin, and then plug the 4pin back into the mother head of the 4pin. At the same time, it draws out the electricity to the step-down line, a 2pin head, and then connects the corresponding plug of the recorder to OK.

The rainfall sensor bought by some treasure takes the wire and comes with its own step-down module.

Most people finish loading it, but when I install it, I find out. This thing is always electric, the recorder will record all the time, I am afraid to kneel to the battery, so I think of whether the step-down line of the recorder is protected by low voltage, and choose to continue recording or dormant after parking. As a result, I replaced the step-down module with a step-down line that stared at myself. According to reason, the step-down line only needs to connect the power input to the OK, but I think it is possible to replace other equipment in the later stage, and the power plug may be different. I use that kind of 3.5mm plug to stare at me, but many of them are usb or usb-c, so I cut off the output end to make it look like a 4pin plug.

When the docking is good, it would be nice to change the plug and press the line again.

When this thing is electrified, he can’t feel the car on or off, and he can’t trigger whether to continue recording or dormant after parking. I’m confused. It’s no use tossing around so much. I’m not reconciled to it! When I went to Baidu again, I found that there was a plug under the rainfall sensor, that is, the anti-glare rearview mirror and the light-sensitive camera on the front block. Check that this thing turns on electricity only when the vehicle is unlocked, that is, acc electricity. I went to the omnipotent Taobao and found that there was really this kind of adapter. Buy it!

The red one is the constant electricity of the rain-sensitive plug, and the black one below is the acc electricity of the anti-glare rearview mirror and light-sensitive camera.

So the final plan is to draw a vcc constant electricity in the sense of rain, and GND and ACC to take it from the sense of light, and change the step-down module again.

You can see the three lines inputted into the step-down line, and the yellow one is constant electricity, which is connected to the rain-sensitive wiring module originally bought. The red and black wires separately press one head and dock with the other wire.

Finally, by doing this, the recorder can sense the parking state and set the action after stopping in the app as well as the voltage range of the low voltage protection. At this point, the installation of the recorder is complete.

two。 Replace the 12.3-inch screen
Since the first insurance saw the new big screen, I can not help it, because I have also driven Mercedes-Benz e and s, at least the central control screen of this car is 12.3 inches, which is very satisfying visually. If you say there is enough screen now, it is enough for him. But I stayed on the exhibition car for less than a minute on the day of maintenance. When I finally picked up the car and left, I got in the car and saw that my screen was very small and uncomfortable! I’ve been looking for some treasure and salted fish ever since. I found one some time ago and tried to place an order. When you get the screen, it’s really big. Don’t say a word. put it on.

To remove the screen, you need to remove the cover plate on the side of the center console on the passenger side, then remove the fixed screws of the interior version of the center console with the screwdriver of T20, and then disassemble the interior version. After removal, you can see that the two screws fixed at the bottom of the screen are also T20. Just take it off. When I removed it, in order to prevent the screw from falling into the air conditioning ventilation duct, I found two car washing sponges to block the air conditioner port. Because there is a wire on the interior version, I think it is enough for me to operate without taking it off. I only pushed it out and didn’t take it off.

It fell off the screen.

It’s big at the top and small at the bottom. In fact, you can’t see much difference in the picture. Actually, there’s a big difference.

Comparing the two screens, the picture really can’t be seen. And it’s dark.

Put the original screen on top of the big screen so that the comparison will be easier to understand. The original screen is trapezoidal, and the top and bottom are much shorter than the bottom. And the width is also very narrow. The new screen is also a trapezoid, and you can see that the bottom of the original screen is almost as long as the top and bottom of the new screen. Not to mention that the bottom is longer than the top.

If you look at it alone, you can’t tell. Because I have to go to work during the day, I change the screen at night. During this period, I sent a bad color, and I changed it once.

3. Upgrade 11 to 20
This makes people love and hate id7, my car version is very old, too old to have carlife, some time ago to watch BMW news to push a new version, also see that forum riders have already updated 07Univer 20, but said that there are some problems, it would be better to wait for 11max 20. Because my car has a rear-loaded acc, it needs to be removed to 4s programming. So it’s troublesome, just wait for a stable version. Over the past few days, I have seen that some riders have updated 11 Universe 20. So I started asking where a 4s store could be promoted. Everyone in the neighborhood who lives in Beijing has called and asked, all of them are the 07 version. Then ask the post and ask, but no one knows. Then the customer service of the connected driver called me and said they knew where to go. Let me go to Xingdebao and called. I called on Thursday to confirm that it can be upgraded. Go to Lao Guo early this morning to dismantle the acc and restore the program. In fact, to disassemble the acc is not to disassemble the parts, just turn off its power, and pull out a fuse. Then ask to go to Xingdebao to upgrade. Arrived at 11:00 and finished at two o’clock in the afternoon. Because of the epidemic, the owner of the car was not allowed to enter the workshop, and I did not see the process. Just send the effect of CarPlay projection hud.

It turns out that because of the low version of the car, there is no remote 3D option on my my bmw. I have it immediately after the upgrade!
